I have a really awful headache. It started Saturday night and almost went away last night but it’s back with a vengeance. I don’t want to take neurofen because it makes me sick, I spent far too much of yesterday throwing up whilst STILL having a headache. Any magical cures from anyone? Most drugs (paracetamol, aspirin) seem not to have an effect, the only one that did work for a while was Neurofen Plus, but that’s got codeine in it so I’m in for a sleep if I do that. ARGH!

Paracetamol usually work for me when I can be arsed to take them. You could check to see if the pain killers that you’re taking contain caffeine (which can exacerbate headaches).
One that works for me that’s probably no good for you (and is only a temporary relief at best) is a smoking a cigarette.
